Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase for eligible items (exclusions apply).

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

• Mattresses, fabrics, or upholstered items
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items marked "Final Sale"

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required

Shipping Costs
